Two More Weeks !

Hello GC 2011 Hikers and Rim Wranglers!

Good morning.  In two short weeks we will be 6 hours into an incredible hike (by 9:00 AM)!  We should be past Phantom Ranch heading 14 miles towards …. well, heading towards the UP.  Whoosh!

After all these months of intense physical training, long e-mails back and forth, and complicated travel arrangements, the R2R2R hike is finally just around the corner.  I’m ready to see old friends, meet new friends, and for us all to enjoy one of the most spectacular National Parks in a way that few others ever get to experience it.
